I noticed after starting a PerMa play through that some of the food items (like cabbage) had vanilla discription and no longer counted towards hunger/thirst and the water canteens also no longer work. I looked them up in TES5Edit and Perma does overwrite bits of RND. Would a patch be needed or something?

PatchusWhatEverus allows for manual customization? Do it there I assume, no patch needed.
