First off: sorry if this isn't the right way to go about airing this issue, but I hadn't seen it addressed anywhere, so I made a topic.

So I'm on the step of Restoring Hope where Dr. Richards asks you to help treat his patients. But no matter what I do, I can't diagnose them. I highlight them and hit x to diagnose, but nothing happens. I've tried reloading old saves, tried dismissing companions, unequiping gear, coming back later with a higher medicine skill, and all other sorts of madness to see if I can fix the trigger, but nothing seems to do it. I have a medicine score of 50 right now, if that information is at all useful.

Any clue what might be the cause, and how to fix it? I've read guides that describe successfully diagnosing the patients, so I'm confident that that is how the quest is meant to work.
