I am finally getting the hang of working with the Creation Kit and set myself to "building" my dream house. There seems to be a problem though with giving stairs (wrintcastlestairs02) a new texture. After renaming the original .nif and adjusting it with the textures I want I duplicate the original stairs, and attach the new model to the copy. However, an error window pops up that says "can not find model ".

The community tutorial about retexturing worked fine. Is it required to put the new model .nif in a specific directory or is this a CK bug?

I hope someone can help me with this.
