Issue with Telekinesis

My telekinesis spell that I bought from a vendor isn't working right when casted using a hotkey (I'm using Enhanced Hotkeys 2.1.1)

I have the spell set to a key, set to autocast. My hands move, the pink bolt flies, but I get no orange text signifying I am in range, and no ability to manipulate the objects (though they do fly away if i hit them right, due to physics not my spell)

However, if I have the spell selected in my spellbook (icon showing in the HUD) I have the orange text, I can manipulate items...everything there is fine. Casting from either the hotkey or the "C" key works.

I also have Supreme Magicka loaded, I know it changes how telekinesis works but I don't think it's supposed to change how the spell is cast.

Any ideas?

Had the same problem. Also using super hotkeys. The problem is making it an auto cast spell using the hotkeys. You need to set the hot key to "normal" and then manually cast the telekinesis spell with the "C" key. Using autocast does exactly that. It casts the spell immediately and the way the spell works is you have to have it selected to be able to then select the item you want to use it on. Kinda defeats the idea behind hot key mods but that is what I found.

I think this is correct. Telekinesis is a very unique effect, and was definitely not designed to be cast via script. I don't know what changes Supreme Magicka makes, but I doubt it changes that. You will probably need to have it selected as your active spell for it to work as intended.
