Issues: "centre of the world" lightingpopin issue

Pictures decribe my issue quite well. Well it's a gif but you get the idea: http://makeagif.com/i/gDNRKn (this is just me zooming in step by step, lag is just because of site i used to make GIF).

What on earth is going here? Whenever i move forwards and backwards or get a certain distance away from something, in these cases trees/water it does this weird popin/lighting thing? And ofc in 3rd person mode it's even worse, and you can see the effect drastically above.

This is the tree issue: http://makeagif.com/i/aNjX5E#.UfmF9pK1GSo (it is worse on the vanilla tree's TBF as modded tree's don't appear to always have it, but i think they do sometimes + it's more pronounced on "barer" trees)

Sorry for crap quality, but you get the idea i hope.

So yeah, any help would be great, load order posted, if .INI needs posting to, ill post it.

I have a feeling it could be more an INI issue, also it's not the ENB before anyone asks, already tried that.

If the water thing is unfixable, fine, but its more the tree issue that is bugging me...its like an LOD pop in, tree's gain "more detail" as you can see, the close i get, or depending on how close/far away the cam is.

For some reason, I think I recall tree detail distance being linked to your shadow distance.

This setting: "fMeshLODLevel1FadeTreeDistance"?

It's currently at 10000, i did have it at 20000 but the issues persists. Don't know if its hurting my performance or not so i could remove it completely or set it to 100000 or something, not sure. Unless it's not that value.

What would you advise?

No, as in your fShadowDistance setting. The downside is that increasing that has a large effect on performance and decreases shadow quality.

Nope, setting that higher doesn't remedy the LOD issue that seems to be going on with the trees. As said, it looks like its alternating between a higher quality tree with more branches to a slightly lower quality one, on and off it just seems so odd.

Ahhh fixed it! its the: "fTreesMidLODSwitchDist" was only set to 1375, so i've adjusted that to about 6000 and it's fixed the issue :).

Now with the water, my guess it's also a LOD issue...hmmm.
