let me start off by saying i played through Fallout 3 twice and all the expansions.

FONV crashed twice to desktop early in the game when i was helping out killing off geckos and looking for ingredients, this made me save ALOT. there seems to be a few moments when frame rate slows down alot.

however the thing that i noticed is in vats a lot of the time that i shoot at the head with a 95 % chance ill miss both times and no damage will have been caused, even at point blank range. some targets seems to heal up quite fast after being attacked, either thats because they can use stimpacks or some kind of glitch. that i dont mind so much but when vats says 95% chance i think a bullet should hit at least once out of two attacks...
