Dear anyone that is following this, i hope that the staff is following, I believe to be receiving a bug from the game that will not allow me to non violently have the great khans join NCR and not the legion......Karl's notes were supposed to be the evidence to have Regis join in going against papa in oh my papa......but I can't have evidence for Regis otherwise and when i picked it up nothing changed other then i had evidence to tell Regis but when I went to Regis nothing changed in the dialogue, i have jack and diane convinced I have Melissa and everyone else but I cannot have Regis due to what I believe is a bug, any help on how to fix this or why I am having this issue would be greatly appreciated
