I have been trying to run Morrowind for like a week now, but I've been having some issues. I got it installed on another computer, and it worked (sort of). Before I go on, I'll put my system specs up here, just in case they're needed later on.
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Processor: Pentium? Dual Core CPU E5400 @ 2.7 GHz (2 CPU's)
RAM: 6.00 GB
Graphics Card: Intel? G45/G43 Express Chipset
So, I got it installed, and I managed to get it running (sort of.) Just as I was about to enter my character's name, I got a bunch of errors related to .Nif files not being loaded (Or something like that.) I clicked yes on all of the errors to keep running the game. It worked perfectly fine until Character Generation. I was clicking through the available heads, and I got an error. I clicked yes to keep running the game, and it crashed. Next time I selected a different face earlier in the list. I got a similar error when I got to the hair. So I did the same thing with the hair. I created a class, and got outside to Seyda Neen. There were a few more errors, but I clicked through them. Some of the random NPCs from the Morrowind Comes Alive patch were surrounded by this odd shape with an exclamation point in the middle. They were also missing their heads. The original game NPCs were fine, though. I kept playing to see what other problems I would have. I entered the shop, where there were more headless NPCs, and a few more errors related to textures or something. I exited the game, and turned off the Morrowind Comes Alive mod. I also tried turning of the Westley's Master Head Pack X mod. After I turned them off, I tried to play. I started a new game. I don't even think the first cutscene played before I got a window that said that Morrowind encountered a problem, and needed to be closed.
I think this is an issue has something to do with Westley's Master Head Pack (My first clue was the headless NPCs XD). I moved the .esm file, and the meshes and textures folders into data files like I was supposed to, and merged the two folders with the original meshes and textures folders. I don't know if any of my other mods are conflicting with it, so I'll list them here. Oh, and I have Tribunal and Bloodmoon installed, with the Bloodmoon patch.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
