I've installed the G.E.C.K. but everytime i try to run it it says
"This application has failed to start because libvorbisfile.dll was not found.."
It says to re-install so i do but i continue to get the same error..
Can anyone help me?!

Edit: Nevermind.. Sorry i figured out what was wrong..
Edit #2: When it goes to load the files it stops at around 20% and then stops responding.. Why is technology so difficult..

You've installed it in the wrong directory. The installer does not auto-detect FO3's install location.

its in the same location as my FO3 Launcher..

It freezing at 20% is normal. Mine freezes at 43%. It seems like it froze, but it did not. Just let it sit there for like 2-3 minutes, depending on how fast your computer is. Fo3.esm is a very large file to load, so it takes a while. So it did not actually freeze, you just have to wait for it to finish.
