Im having problems generating NPC faces in the Construction Set and i cant find out why?

What symptoms do you have? For example, I've had times when the facial textures all show up black, and I have to restart the CS to be able to see anything. I've had buttons and other controls fail to respond (again a restart cured it). In all cases I was able to save where I was and just re-edit the same thing where I left off.

When i tried to generate the face the program crashed on me, I once got it running but i havent got the CS to generate a face again. Also forgot to save my work.

I don't know much about this stuff but maybe the Construction Set Extender will sort out these problems?
