I while back i installed the" Immersive lovers comfort" mod and my wife was Serana(using mods again). I recently uninstalled the immersive lovers comfort mod using mod organiser as i found it pointless. Now here's the problem, it seems as the mod went it took Serana along with it. She is no longer present in the game. Console commands not working, she's not my manor in Solitude, not in Castle Volkihar,nowhere....What do i do? I tried reinstalling the game but i have the same issue.

what console commands did you tried ? even if some mod modifies or affect NPC's they can not delete them from game upon their removal coz game's master files will still have them and well your saves will still have their information. try this command open your console and make sure nothing is selected then type "prid xx002B74" without quotes change xx with dawnguard load order which you can find by looking at your load order for dawnguard in Mod organiser then type "moveto player". serana should appear.

I used the player moveto command, said the object ref id is invalid or something like that

If you still have an earlier save then try to go back where Serana is around, perhaps in tow with the player.

Tried that too. Oh and i missed a point, when i tried to load a save file it says that files relies on content that no longer exists

That means you uninstalled a mod in the middle of a game, which are not recommended to do. So I suggest that you either go back to a save where all mods were active in your loadorder or start a new game.
