I've got many bad news for you and one good new. Which one do you want first? I think the good new should come first.
[Good new] Lichcraft 2 is a great model concept, but according to me it is deeply flawed in his execution.
[Many bad news] There are 'ways' to fix these problems, but they require managing among different version of Lichcraft. First of all, you are currently using the version 2.03, that you can find here:
http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/42945/?
These you are seeing are debug messages. You are not supposed to see them, or at least you shouldn't see them according to my point of view. You can find some 'bandaids' here:
http://mw.modhistory.com/download--6089
I call them bandaid because they require you to mess around a little bit. Let me make an example. Inside the archive you'll find:
> Beta 1
> Beta 2
> Scripted Beta (not relevant)
Beta 1 is not usable: it has as master bookplacing.esm (annoying requisite) and you can't turn lich because the script is messed up. When you will try to use the phylactery you will get a message telling you that the mod ain't going to work.
Beta 2 is usable, I guess. You don't have to have bookplacing.esm, and it removes most of the debug messages (Most of them at least, there is still one here) and you should use it. What's the catch? It has the same messed transformation script from beta 1. That means that you have to play with BETA 2 all the time, until you find all the ingredients, then when you wish to turn lich you have to restore the original lichcraft 2.03 .esp, make the transformation, then revert once again to Beta 2. Quite annoying, isn't it?
My suggestion is that hopefully someone will give a look at the mod and fix it, given the fact that it is beyond my knowledge to do that. But for now, I advise against using Lichcraft. Wanna know why?
Even when you turn into the lich you can see that you lack the left skeleton arm (where is it?) and there are issues around the web concerning other items of the mod, like the crown. Hope that satisfied you.
