I have two major settlements at the moment. Starlight drive in and sanctuary. I have read up that if your defense is higher than your food and water you will not be attacked. So i added a ridiculous amount of food and water to both and lowered my defense. I have waited for weeks in game for an attack and have not gotten one. Im also playing on survival. Therefore not fun. Anyone know how to get attackex more often. And for my other issue. I completed the game with the railroad and killed the brotherhood and institute and i went to the libertalia and x688 was there. I spoke with him and got him as a follower and thought. Sweet i can have a follower with 2 factions. But every time i go to the railroad hq. Everyone immediatly attacks me whether or not i have x688 following me or not. Is this issue because of x688. And is there any way to fix this.
