Well, I tried, but I cannot do anything with it. I got CTD everytime I select this item, or when I wanna drop it, or smth. I heard about console command, but... I can't find ID of this item as well.

It's named ,,strange activity near stonehills crash'', it's in books category, just a simple note. What can I do with it?

I had the same issue with an item that was added by a mod. CTD every time I touched it. I ended up having to delete the mod after a long, fruitless search to find the conflict.

I realized this note is from Interesting NPCs. But I don't want to uninstall it, because it's really cool and I already have someone from it as my companion.

Nobody had CTD because of it, but me. Any ideas what should I do?
