Using the random enchanted Daedric armor recipe (void salts, daedra heart, soul gem, ebony ingot), I'm looking for an item of Poison Resist/Immunity. Does anybody know if these enchantments can be generated on Body Armor or Shield from the Forge? Thanks.

According to http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Generic_Magic_Apparel of apparel enchantments, disease and poison resistance/immunity don't occur on armor - only on necklaces.

Are you sure it goes by that list?

The uesp is pretty damn accurate.

UESP just doesn't say specifically that the enchantment has to come from the Generic Magic Apparel list. If the forge just rolls a randomized enchantment to throw on the daedric armor, then you could find resist disease on a armor or shield. Or does it roll specifically off that list?

It would select the random item by its ID icode, and there's no listed code for Deadric armor of poison resistance or immunity

Ok, cool. I needed to know whether or not I could cross that off my list of potential ways to get the resist poison enchantment while lvl 20+. Some people claimed it was an option.
