How did some people get the following items to build at settlements:

- OC Decorator menu (I don't even have this and I'm level 96)

- neon signs & neon bars that light up

- specialized diner counters

- armorsmith workbench (looks like a level 2 armoring bench I've never seen before)

- weaponsmith workbench (looks like a level 3 weapons bench I've never seen before)

- oc dispenser

- wet bar

- vault bench

- refrigerator that's painted red with Nuka Cola girl on the front (not the Nuka Cola dispenser machine; this is an actual fridge with a door)

Are these from the beta of future DLC titles? That's the only explanation I can come up with, because there are portraits on the wall the builder has put there that I've never seen before either. The video where I saw these things shows a man playing on a console (from what I can tell), and not on PC.

Those are all PC mods, I think. OC Decorator and Weaponsmith/Armorsmith are mods you can find right away on the Nexus.

Not to sound like a total noob, but what's the Nexus? I don't PC game and I never play online with others, and I'm older (in my 40's), so I'm completely un-hip to the newest gamer lingo (just found out what MLB and Thug Life were, if you can believe it...*rolls eyes*).

Oh, Nexus is just a website for PC users to download mods. The majority of mods are for Bethesda games, but they have pages for other games too. No worries.
