two questions;

what do i do with items from quests that i already finished? i cant seem to throw them away. for example the chemical tubes found in a factory that created a power armor chest piece. as well as all the bobble heads, what do i do with those?

also, any idea how to respec? or if theres even such a thing.

As far as I can tell, it's like Oblivion. You pick what you want before leaving. Then, you're stuck with what you chose. I restarted 6 hours so I could respec. All the way back to leaving the Vault.

yeaaaah except im 27 hours in and... getting bored of sniping. want to try melee.. guess not :- /
