I accidentally got into and played all of the Mothership Zeta DLC. I didn't know that you could get your items in the beginning and played the entire DLC without of my original items. Now that it's complete, how do I even get my items back? Half of the generators are down, making it not able to open most doors, and I have no clue what to do.

Anyone have this similar situation? Any ideas on how I can get my stuff back?
