Amulet of Talos (I could always buy a necklace with Tor's hammer, but that's not the same thing)
Amulet of Kynareth (it's pretty)
Sanguine Rose (if it works!)
An unusual gem (shiny!)
And... can I have Paarthurnax?

Gotta say I'd either want the Oghma Infinium or Arvak as someone else mentioned. Being able to summon and desummon my own horse would be great, once I got used to riding it I could save loads of money and not have to worry about loosing my drivers license, of course as someone said suddenly having the ability to summon something or preform magic in any way might get me burned at the stake, and barring that locked up in some lab to be examined so that the government could do it too. So I'd probably end up going with the book too, then I could learn all sorts of stuff and have lots of fun.
