I can't seem to find any apparel items with the "Fortify Stamina Regen" enchantment on my current play-through. The enchantment showed up on random loot (XXXX of Invigoration, of Recuperation, of Rejuvenation, of Renewal) in my previous character play-troughs but I'm having little luck with this one.

- Can anyone point me to a place where I can reliably find an item with that enchantment?
- Is it possible that those items are not showing up as a glitch?

I've seen a couple on each toon (over 20 now, though only 6 current). I haven't seen any of the possible iterations anywhere "reliably". They do seem to be entirely random. Sorry, wish I had better news.

It's a random drop. You can literally run a loop, fast travelling from blacksmith to blacksmith until you find one for sale.

This. I finally had to do that with Waterbreathing when I got tired of 'waiting' to find it.

Edit: also check pawn shops/general stores and Radiant Raiment.

So there are stamina regen items in the game?

There have been in my games. That's all I'm qualified to make definitive statements regarding.

Random. Check all the weapons shops and general stores. Sometimes I have found better enchanted stuff at people like Revyn Sadri in Windhelm than at armorers. Oh, also Radiant Raiment has enchanted stuff.

And don't forget the Khajiit.... I've found better stuff there on a couple of toons.

Oh, yeah. I put Fortify Stamina Regen and Fortify Health Regen on every piece of body armor.

BTW there is a restoration perk that restores stamina as well.

I've never gotten my Restoration high enough to take that perk, but it seems to me it is less useful that it advertises. Seems like something to quickly turn magicka into stamina for the purpose of sprinting.
