Its The Little Things...

Cor blimey, I started this thread Oct 2007, hehe! :-DStill a cracking game. Haven't played it for a while and don't have the right setup to be able to get stuck back into it at the moment but it's definitely on the list of games I really need to play again. The quality of those nifty little things has certainly been borne out though: the awesome Air Filled Tunnels beauty spot, the eerie stare of an Innsmouth townsperson, the desolate horizon out on the reef... I can picture them just as clearly as if I'd been there yesterday. WTG team Headfirst - definitely a game for my "all time top ten".Alli

Hey everyone Did you know that the policemen can launch things ? Try this : hit an advlt on the beach, and when the policemen run after you, just go in the water. Theyll come and launch something like... Bricks or something. Can anyone identify what it is ?

i like whodunit. if you can get theyre disposition maxed, they have some interesting things to say. playing w/ combinations of ppl that are left at the end, as well as some weapons and armor laying around, can make for some interesting and funny battles.

Having just moved to Win7 and going along my software shelf re-installing stuff, I finally got Dark Corners back on. Couldn't help but load it up for a "quick check to see if it works". It now several hours later, I ended up playing through until just after Attack of the Fishmen. Still brilliant.I'm going to hold up the balcony at the back exit of the Poor House - overlooking Dock St - as another one of those "little things". There's nothing happening, but you can see out over the rooftops to the dismal, gleaming horizon. The sound of the wind whipping around the chimneys and the general atmosphere of brooding desolation is just gorgeous.Alli

Though I read Little Women eons ago, I always remember the part where Beth is given the chance to use the neighbors piano, but shes too shy to do it. Then one day Lauries grandfather hears her in the house playing it. Hes very moved, and later in the story Beth comes home to find he has given her the piano.

I totally love the part with the creature looking like Cthulhu, that cave where you meet one of the marine, use the flamethrower to unfreeze a door. Sadly, he gets devoured by that Deep One but you manage to burn it. That's one of the most scary creatures.
I've used a cheat to unlock all levels, but I cannot unlock the one when I kill Hydra.. of course, I played through them first.
