No. I generally role-play so power gaming never works for me. Even after playing Skyrim for over 1400+ I've never raised a character past 50th level. Just by then the role-play I'm doing it over and I'm ready to start something else. Just playing to be totally BA and kill anything I want just never appealed to me in these games. That's more of a looter/shooter formula.
May not be a max level, but I hope to have a save where I achieve all perks.
Well, I mean, maybe. I could never break level 70 in Skyrim... so I doubt I'll get as high as 275 (plus what, 42 more levels to max out SPECIAL?) in Fallout 4.
I definitely won't stop myself, though. If I actually stick with one character throughout the time it takes to reach that high, I'll do it.
