Try a character that is a coward, and terrified of injury. Answer all questions as they would have answered them. Also perhaps have them be a compulsive gambler with no restraint (but give them a maxed Luck stat). Maybe they get violent when forcibly told to quit (gambling), but remember they are a coward and will run at the first sign of a fair fight or especially when outnumbered. Consider that they will do anything to get cash to gamble (even talk themselves into justifying theft to play).

you're among many, the game gets very boring really fast, its good for a playthru or two but without many enemies and without a lot of good combat zones and places to explore except for a shack here or there the game loses its appeal pretty fast, and no matter who's side you take, nothing in game really changes so all the playthrus are kinda the same. dlc isn't gonna help either, cause the problem is the base game. just adding a lot of dlcs isn't gonna fix the static vegas map world, they really should of put more buildings in the map especially the bottom half of the map, and added a lot more enemies scattered around with patrolling factions, random encounters etc. but its too late for that now.

How does that character work? The game is [censored] character, I mean? How do you build one? Seriously, it sounds pretty fun.

for sure epic, i was hoping for new vegas to give me a year or two of playing time, but as good as new vegas is, its mostly just a story driven game and no matter who's side you're on, there really aren't any in game changes so each playthru is pretty similar, i've played on ncr's side, mr house side, ceasers legions side, cruising around the map is still the same, with the same 2 bark scoprions at hidden valley, the same stupid powdergangers hanging around jeans skydiving shack, the same gecko running across the road near primm, the entire bottom half of the map is pretty barren, people might of complained FO3 had too much action all over the map, but i prefer that than no action on 99% of the map.

no matter who's side you're on, there really aren't any in game changes so each playthru is pretty similar

Really, because Fallout 3's 1 fixed storyline wasn't guilty of this at a magnitude many times greater?

You can't really do that in this game and still progress through the levels/story. Nearly all of the quests involve doing something that a coward wouldn't do. Hell, I wouldn't do most of the quests. They invariably all involve some serious risk of loss of life.

It would be really easy,
Spoiler
after you wake up in Doc mitchell's house your character is too terrified to leave and stays there forever, the end.

The map part is true, I liked fallout 3s better, and there was more to do, but fo3s story fialed compared to NV.Even though i like Yes Man the best, I have to admit Legion was the most diverse.
On topic, try making a messed up, misunderstood vampire.Side with the legion, take silent running,mr sandman, canibal, and ghastly scavenger.I havnt played this yet, but I could see it being fun.
