They are not in the hanger and ive searched nellis where r they

What time of day did you go into the hanger? Cause they have other places they go to at night. Loyal has his own mini hanger builing and the other guy I believe goes to the building where all the men sleep.

Loyal can be found in the southern hangar of Nellis or in his house that is the farthest to the left of the three barracks on the back side of the two main hangars.

Edit: They can be killed however so they may have died

Ive looked at all times of the day and they r no where

They can only be killed if the play kills them or if the player brings with them a Legion or NCR hit squad into the base and they get caught up in the cross fire... which I haven't seen but I am guessing is possible.
