I started the special delivery quest, went to his house but he won't talk to me...he just sits on the couch and acts like he already gave ne the mission objectives? How do I fix this? Or is this a glitch?

Did you talk to that ghoul who gave you the key? If I remember right he introduces you to Jack. Basically "let me do the talking" type deal.

Yeah, I found him in bunker hill and he told me to go to the house so I did and I did the speech persuasions to get inside then nothing happened the ghoul just stands there and he's sitting on the couch :/ lol I don't know what's going on with that

Did you sit in the chair? He'll initiate dialog with you when you take a seat, but I don't know if he says anything about it if you don't.

I'll try that out, I've sat on the sofa before but not the chair
