I roll in thinking that entire town would be a settlement.

After slaying all the feral ghouls and proceeding to use the workshop.

Green border envelops just one building. I am left scratching my head, and going .. why? Damn they got me good.

Good Joke there Betheseda. You got me there I admit. :goodjob: lol

Yeah a larger area that doesn't include half a bus would have been nice. I think they maybe had better plans for that but something may have limited size or whatever.

I wish I had using the scrap thing before they "fixed" it, it would create that place a little bit bigger.

Still better than Coastal Cottage. That place is total junkyard.

lol.

Btw, I use the house for settler, empty field to plant corns, while I build a one-block shack as a hideout attached to the back of destroyed garage.

The management is so subtle that I can't even find the settlement myself everytime I'm trying to visit there on foot. lol

There's actually that huge parking lot next to the house, raised up from it a bit.
I scrapped everything and noticed it's perfect for a good ball-hockey game, with that low wall surrounding it...
Or you could build something great there - it's big and level and flat.

I repaired the walls of the building with the power armor station and added a second floor with beds the settlers would go up the stairs of the house and through the hole in the wall to their beds. Even had a working door on it that the settlers couldn't cross. The bad thing though was the Minutemen patrols would spawn inside it then couldn't get out because they wanted to path over the rubble where the wall was blown out, that I had blocked.
