Lady Elisif General Tulius and 2 others are stuck at High Hrothgar outside in a corner. I cant get quests from them because they are not in their palaces, I cant buy a house in Solitude, and they only repeat the conversations from the peace treaty meeting. I have about 200 game hoours since the meeting there, i realy dont want to go clear back and restart.any options ?

Have you finished the war council quest?

I cant seem to find a list of them any where so Im not exactly sure. We had the council meeting at HH and came to a truce. I dont remember what followed. Is there a list of those particular quests any where. I could check them against my log if I had their names. And thank you for your help .. please dont leave me yet..lol

Are you on PC if then i can get you console commands to fix it if not I dont know
