if owb isent relised today and insted on the 28th it will be on the same day as cod black ops dlc and they advertised it weeks ago ?? is it just me or is it a little crazy

Is the any possibility or any reason to think it could come out tomorrow? I am itching to get it. I've got 2 characters ready to go, one's maxed out with every quest in the game done excluding the final battle and another character at level 20 with almost no quests done except the HH dlc. I'm really curious to see what happens in Dead Money after doing the OWB dlc first and vice-versa.

I very highly doubt it, there has been no trailer, no patch, and no official statement. As for seeing what happens in DM after OWB, I wouldn't get your hopes up, companies rarely alter existing DLC in leu of new DLC.

The NCR Ranger Armor has a faction bug that's still on version 1.5.

After gaining fame with the NCR and you remove the armor, it will reset the NCR faction to nothing. Out of all the factions in the game, the NCR is the only one reset, it's a minor inconvenience bug.

I think Black Ops DLC releases july 28th but I'm not sure

I doubt it. Someone would have found hidden dialogue in the Dead Money files. We would've heard something back in January once the pc crowd dissected all the files and whatnot.
As far as I know DLCs are unable to interact with one another.

for some reason Honest Hearts is lagging greatly when I try to do the Crush the White Legs quest? Will there be any fixes for Honest Hearts or Dead Money in the new patch?

and it also lags in freeside (not sure about the strip...my current level 38 character has not been to it yet).

But It has been confirmed, interacting with Christine in Old World Blues(however that interaction works). will present altered lines during the events of Dead Money. And did it occur to you that those dialog files might be added by Old World Blues or simply a patch.
