plenty of new items for you to enjoy (115+ weapons, 65+ armor pieces, a bunch of misc items)

a splendid home for you onboard an old submarine including addons and an amazing underwater view

installation:

extract the COMMV10.rar into your ..fallout/Data/ directory

OR
manually move COMMmain.bsa, COMMtextures.bsa and COMM.esm into your fallout3\data directory

deinstallation:

usage:

activate COMM.esm in your fallout launcher of choice

most likely youll have to change a setting in your fallout.ini - change "BinvalidateOlderFiles=0" to 1
(applies for most mods that add new content)

COMM.esm need to be loaded AFTER fallout.esm
use Timeslip's Fallout Mod Manager (FOMM) to achieve this

its telling me i need a file i dont have. Part 1-1713.rar ... i'm not exactly sure why

EDIT:
the files are incorrectly named to auto-extract in sequence. you must instead point it to the next 'part' of the file.

might wanna fix that. some people might not bother trying to figure it out.

no water? nah thats indeed crazy...
sgt. johansson does crazy stuff... dunno sometimes hes allright sometimes not... thats the radiant ais fault imo...

regarding the water, could you tell me what mods you use, which version your fallout is at and what kind of graphics card you have?

yes i use winrar, and when i went to extract the COMMtextures file, it asked for part1-1713, instead of part2-1712 like it should have. i therefore had to point it to each consecutive file(even though the names were wrong, ?t'll work that way). so, i got it extracted, but if i hadnt realized what was going on i wouldnt have.

i'm alt tabbing to type this.....i'm all drooly :D

just realized that i forgot to bundle some textures, ill upload them in a minute and include a fix for johansson if possible... the water seems to work for me, dunno what could be wrong

oh now i see what you mean, the nexus renames the files :/ so they cant be extracted right... damnit...
ill think of a solution gimme a sec...

edit: i uploaded the texture fix and sgt. johannson fix (should be up in 1 or 2 minutes)

as i dont know atm how i could possibly fix the nexus filename change problem i added a line to the description telling you to either manually select each consecutive pack or rename them... sorry its the best i can do right now, i cant upload a single pack for technical reasons

, is it supposed to be pitch black inside? even the pipboy light wont brighten things up. VATS works tho....just no percent to hit.

in regards tot his and your water bug i get the feeling that your video card may need a driver update :/ or maybe it conflicts with 1.5 i dunno... thats why i asked you to tell me what mods you use, your video card and driver ref + fallout version... t'would be nice if you could suply me with that info so i can do my best to make it enjoyable for you... and now leave that room lol... thats mine...

i realized when i read that this new version conflicts with old plugins, that the old wejazz radio station plugin would not work. when i un-tic'ed it like i was supposed to, everything works now.
i'm running SLI 8800 GTS's, and i have the latest driver version(unless there was an update yesterday.....). also, i'm not using 1.5 because broken steel is broken.
but to clarify, the water bug is gone. its fine now - actually better than fine, looks great.

I am using "The Outbreak" weather cycles mod. I just leave it set on random. I think it causes my game to crash when it's on the "True Blue" setting.

PS. Yeah, the shot is a bit dark, but that was taken early in the morning as the sun was coming up, and I loved how the angle of the sun created the contrasting shadows.

well you can use all addons still, just dont use those starting with "JaySuS..." as they are all included yet...
regarding the radio station, ill take care of that and make a new esp for crow so it doesnt affect the water (pity it does, its a great addon)

it includes the missing worldmaps (lol i hope i got all textures now :P) and a fixed WeeJazz.esp for those that use this radio station addon...

and i agree, its an awesome radio station addon, because the DJ is hilarious. "Are you pretentious? so am I. This is the Station for us...WEE JAZZZ". or another favorite heh "Do you think you're better than everyone else? If so then Jazz is the music for you.." which is funny because i've always liked jazz. lol

i dont even want to go back to DC once i take the boat to Commonwealth Island....lol.

downloaded the new bugfix, however i'm not completely clear on how to get the new wejazz_fixed.esp working.... once i activate the new wejazz_fixed.esp and load up the game again - the station is not listed under my radio selections on my pipboy. no clue as to why. am i supposed to use it in conjunction with the original wejazz.esp? if so i didnt try that.

EDIT:
using both wejazz esp's makes the water bug come back, so i assume the wejazz_fixed.esp was meant to be stand-alone...

also, earlier i posted "i have the latest video drivers, unless they updated like yesterday" well apparently they did. lol. downloading the newest ones now... :embarrass:

the radio station is available on the pipboy, but when selected there is nothing. no sound, no dj, no music, not even static.... :/
