I'm new to Skyrim - level 7, in love with the game and its world already. I had hired Jenassa as companion and she was doing a great job but when I was temporarily paired with Aela to complete one of the Companions quests she vanished and there's no sign of her either at her usual hangout The Drunken Hubtsman or anywhere in Whiterun. Any ideas where I might find her or if she's gone for good?

Thank you for the welcome and the reply! I tried the dungeon and couldn't find her there... she does seem to have vanished and I am companion-less!

She'll eventually return to her chair in the 24-hr place in Whiterun...
Takes a few days sometimes to reset (and you must go away - go to Markarth and work for Calcelmo or something).
Companion-less is good! Or see if Lydia will join up with you (if you're lonely).
But I do like Jenassa - she hangs back and doesn't get in the way...
