Morrowind's theme song is so stunning and beautiful, Oblivion's music not so good but still good. Based on the music in the trailer it will be very beautiful, in the beginning it sounds a little morrowindish and I like that alot!!

hes on my last.fm playlist. i hope hes back cause he does really good work. what is ironic is that i play with the music turned off in most games and definitely TES games for immersion. i end up listening to him more when im not playing the game. ill probably leave the music on for an hour or so like did with morrowind and oblivion and then turn it off.

I'm sure he will. In the teaser trailer if you listen closely you can hear Morrowind's theme in the background

I think that's the Elder Scrolls theme, now. Morrowind, Oblivion, and now Skyrim seem to share that general theme with a different covering on each, which I think is pretty cool.

I'd personally rather see another composer take up the reins, as I'm not a huge fan of Soule's music. I wouldn't mind if he has been brought back to score Skyrim though.

Jeremy Soule has his part in Tes greatness and I hope in Skyrim he creates some magic pieces to remember forever, like I can remember the Morrowind ones note by note, no matter how long since I played the game, the music will always be there in my head. I thank him for that.

it might give different regions the extra kick they need to feel unique

Jeremy Soule is great, but it would be even better if Eric Heberling worked with him! Can you imagine the beautiful music of Jeremy Soule as you trudge through the cold and into a tavern, as a warm and joyful tune by Eric HeberlIng begins? My dream soundtrack.

Especially since the original tune is a slow piece of incidental musis from Daggerfall.

I've never heard it in Daggerfall. Are you sure? I'm pretty sure it's Soule's own composition, not Heberling's.
