I have been getting a jittering effect, like latency around doors. My fps does not drop but it feels like slow-down. I have had this problem before and after a reinstall. I don't have any mods installed currently except MGE.

The only time I have ever experienced "jitters" is when I change cells through a Load door, while in Sneak mode.
Is that what you have?

Nahh, it's like, when I'm running and approaching a load door, but haven't activated it yet. It jitters up until I go through it.
