I was given the Pickman Gallery misc quest by Hancock then I completed The Big Dig quest and killed Farenheit then went and convinced Bobbi to leave town. When I returned to Hancock he asked to join my party and I said no. I then finished the Pickman Gallery misc quest and when I returned to Hancock to tell him he says to return when I finish dealing with Bobbi. He won't let me ask him to join me either. Any tips?

I killed Bobbi then returned to Hancock and brought him on as a companion but you're not missing a whole lot cuz he's kinda crappy plus he scared me every time I turned around to see if he was following me (hence my username on here).
