I did a search and did not find a topic like this, though I admit I may have put in the search terms wrong. If so, I apologize.

I am remembering Oblivion, in particular a certain spell you could get your hands on that would make people naked... And it makes me wonder why we don't have such spells in Skyrim.

So, if you could have one joke spell, such as a spell that made people naked or randomly reshuffled a bookshelf, what would it be?

There are a couple in Skyrim. It's just that you don't get to be the caster so much as the "castee".
