Not played in a long time, I forget and the wiki doesn't discuss it at all from the looking I've done so can anyone fill me in/remind me who, what, where, why, and or when this stat comes into play?

And since you have to use each of the sectors every time, it's really a count of how many rounds you've played. They could have labeled the statistic "Boasts made" or something else, it would have the same number.

Ah, finally it makes more sense, was wondering why the stat was growing exponentially.
