No joking. Does Bethesda really release untested stuff?

A game with important bugs and problems gets released, and there is a patch for day 1.

After weeks of discussion on the problems, a new patch is released wich solves some of the problems, does not touch some big problems, and adds some other pretty important problems.

I'm not here to complain, I'm here to try to understand how things are working on Bethesda.

These things Should NOT happen ever

These are not problems that are deeply hidden into hours of exploration and gameplay, these things are extremely easy to see, the most quick testing on the game / patch would have aknowledge most of these troubles.

So I must ask, does Bethesda release their games and patches without testing?

I repeat, these things should not happen. I love bethesda, I love TES, I am a really devoted fan, but gotta be honest on this one, we are paying for this stuff, they are not doing us a favor, they are selling a game and we deserve a finished, working game.

Yes, they do.

They also steal modders ideas from the last game and make 'new features' for their next game.

See: Oscuro Oblivion Overhaul ( Lots stolen and put in Skyrim )

Do you really need to make a thread on this?

It has not been even 24 hours.

Stop. Whining.

No, they don't. That is not the problem. The problem is as you stated. The debugging process was not finished. We were given a game that, if they weren't so worried about releasing on the due date, would probably have had more readily-apparent bugs removed. Instead, we have payed good money for what we expected to be a quality game (as we know Bethesda is certainly capable of producing) and have received a program that we are expected to debug via feedback. Thank goodness that the main quest line, at least, was able to be finished without too much problem.

People want to complain that we're 'whining'? I say, stop giving people things to complain about in the game first.
