Upload it I don't see what the problem would be

In general you don't upload mods containing DLC content without somehow making it dependent on you having the DLC to work. If all this does is include a esp, then no problem, as you need the assets from HH to use it. If it included the whole mesh, and the texture, and a new .esp file then it wouldn't be okay to redistribute as somebody without the DLC could take it and use it.

E: Not to say this is worth uploading of course, as a quick search of Nexus shows about half a dozen people have already done this.

That's nothing, every other day there's a new playable Dremora race mod over on the Elder Scrolls Nexus.

Yes, both(head wrap and Joshuar Graham's armor) are the version NPC. NPC vesion have higer health and DT than normal version.

However, this version is no need console commands and I will be upload this Friday or Sunday.

This version needs no console commands either, and contains a wider variety of armours.
