Elo people I encountered this bug immediately after killing Umbra in Suran

I have three journal updates that will not disappear as long as I am in Suran though when I enter a building in Suran or leave Suran it disappears but as soon as I enter or go back to Suran it pops back up ... so hope someone out there knows how to remove or fix this.
