I kind of liked Moira, it was nice to have someone helpful in Megaton when i first started. I just hated her voice.

I'm not sure if you'll be known more for your perk chart research and theories or for your awful puns everywhere. They both have their value...
Thank you!
I think Piper sounds really interesting. We've never really had a journalist in Fallout. There's Three Dog, but he doesn't do his own research, instead collecting stories and reporting on them. Moira is more of a scientist testing her hypotheses. They're both close but not quite. The one story details her conflict with a local character who accuses her of slander. I wonder if one of her quests will be helping her decide whether to use her journalistic power to take the high road and report just the facts, or sensationalize and take down her enemies. (aka ethics in video game journalism)
Between the newspaper and the minutemen, they really are using Boston's history as a springboard... Makes me think, what else is Boston known for that would lend itself to companion characters? Gangsters, fishermen, academics, rock bands?
She sounds like a Threedog kinda gal. With a Moira twist? Ermagerd! She has the potential to be the most annoying critter left on Earth, and we can't kill her because she's a companion? Ugh!
Just because her profession is a fusion of the two doesn't mean her personality will be... I'll hold off judgment until I see what kind of hat she's wearing.
I kind of had a crush on Moira the first time I played, so I guess I might feel the same way about Piper. She sounds charming, though her magically opening the gate to Diamond City every playthrough sounds a little corny to me.
Justified use of the Console can fix that issue....
I don't understand the judgement of a character we haven't even seen fleshed out at all.
