Juke Box Fading In & Out : Fallout 3

I completed the GNR quest that Three-Dog gave me, installing the antenna on top of the Washington Monument.

Nonetheless... my Juke Box in my house in Megaton fades in and out considerably. When it fades out it really fades out... I can hardly hear it.

Anybody else have this problem?
