Do you want this aspect getting unreal? This aspect is realistic for crysis 2, I think. Don't need to do something about it.

It's not about physics it's about human behaviour. As I said before to someone else, get shot by a paintball and we'll see how you are going to react.
I would disagree with your second thought as well. Yes the nanosuit functions as a bullet proof clothing but the problem with your theory is that unlike in a car you are wearing it and having a full body contact constantly and now comes the physics: No matter you wear a bulletproof vest you are going to feel the impact of the bullet and not on a single spot but on a bigger area.
One more thing. I like how this is in the game because it makes people stick to walls and use tactics and not just run around like fools the whole time like in games like CoD. Be with a teammate (use team tactics) avoid open areas and you guys will be fine...
