jumping NPCs : IV

I remember Skycaptain wanted to add jumping NPCs to DR6, is the feature in?

if not, I remember a while ago he posted a simple NPCsjump.esp plugin on the forums which did simply that, allow npcs to jump to overcome obstacles. does anyone still have that available?

BUMP - I've read through all the DR threads I could find, but it appears that the DR thread containing this small gem is purged from the boards

if any kind soul has this simple npcjump.esp in his load order and can PM me, I'd be very, very, very grateful
