I haven't been able to play in *years* - the desktop (currently looking at the end of its 9th year) couldn't handle it, and my laptop is a mac. Yesterday, my new computer arrived and oh sweet Jesus! Keep in mind, even at its peak, the old desktop couldn't handle the nice water effects, so everything looked not-its-best, and my framerate was in the single digits. The first thing I did when I booted it up on the new one was turn the graphics options to max, and it still ran smoother than I'd *ever* seen it run.

I thought you guys could relate when I say there was a choir of angels in the background somewhere. Finally, I can play the game without fighting my PC!

Nah, good for you. I remember when I got another computer, and everything became amazing - I actually called my brother in to point at the water and say 'we een missed that!'
