Just bought dragonborn and dawnguard and thought that it's been long enough for bethesda to resolve freezing issues and i literally can't open a single save file or start a new game. I've used not only my copy but a friends also and since i've downloaded the items it has only gotten worse. Wtf!? How do i resolve this or get my money back?

After rereading it may have seemed confusing but to clarify, prior to downloading the dlc's i only periodically ran in to this issue. I've cleared the cache and and turned off autosave to no avail. When it did finally load my main it froze almost instantly.
