Just bought FNV on Steam. Bad FPS issues. : Fallout: New Vegas

So, I just bought New Vegas today on Steam. I download start playing. Then after 1 hour of playing. I get a MAJOR FPS drop down to 10-15.
Notes:
I have Nvidia GTX 560 Ti SLI.
i7-2700k CPU

Is there a fix for this? I have tried the dll and It does not work. Help please, I just want to play! :tongue:

Turn off one of the 560s and just run on the one remaining.
