Is it possible to modify global health, rather than global damage to make combat more deadly?

Are there any mods that change DT depending on which body part is hit? Valt 34 security armour has completely unarmoured arms but a sturdy stab-proof vest on the chest and back.

Are there any mods that make vendors carry more items? Like 200 or 500 rounds instead of 12 or 4. They really should have a bigger stock than just what a prospector would have after scavenging.

Is there any way to put some deflation on these caps? 40 bottle caps for a stimpack? 40 would be a lot to be carrying around. Just a small tweak for realism. And can you imagine trying to count 7000 caps out for an AM Rifle?

Is there any better addiction mods? I had a look but I couldn't find anything satisfactory. If I want to roleplay an addict, I must take some more psycho or whatever as soon as the effect wears off (3 minutes or whatever) rather than every couple of hours. I can't get high off my face on a jet bender, svcking half a dozen blasters in a row for 45 minutes of euphoria bonuses before coming down hard. I can't even accidentally OD and kill myself!

I thought of another one too, I hope someone can help:

Is there any semi-realistic combat mods? Where virtually all weapons are deadly, headshots kill, being shot at point blank range with a shotgun while armoured might not kill you, but could knock you out etc? Crippled limbs meaning far more than wonky aim or slightly slower running speed?
