I just can't belive I finished it I bought it yesterday and started it today, at times I wanted too get it over with, n get ma gold, but at the end as it's all going dark, I was just sat in silence, like .... Damn, it was a magnificent dlc, with amazing writing and characters, I really felt for Christine. I hope they come out with more amazing dlc like this.

while the writing was great. i personally hated this dlc. idk if it was the stupid collar or jus the linear feel of it or what but a forth of the way through i jus couldnt stand it anymore. hopefully the next dlc will be a bit more open lik the pitt or PL.

ps the only reason i will play dead money again is to get the assassin armor and halorifle (which will be awhile since im replayin FO3 now)

Yeah, I understand where you're coming from, the collar was annoying, although it only affected me, toward the end, where I was nearing the vault, and before the hologram patrol there are like 4 speakers i a room, I died a few times there, and same here, Tuesday, I just decided to get NV and Fo3 GOTY, while watching some vids about DM, cause everytime I play one, I wanna play the other. Although I never used the Holorifle at all in the dlc, i'm gonna test it out when I attempt to whipe out camp golf, how far do you think i'll get xD i'm level 12 went in DM at 6, but it wasn't tough, I play on normal but sometimes crank it too hard. Saying this I never had a problem destroying Forlorn Hope wiht a Rebar Club, and a heap load of stealth kills. :celebration:

I thought it was amazing too, but I play a slow-stealth oriented style. Which means the whole Collar thing fit right into that. I've watched my "I play on Very easy with a minigun" friend try to get through it, and I've never seen so many heads explode in all my life.

Agreed. Worst. DLC. Ever.

While it may seem to be cool at first, or look good on the dry-erase board at the company, having to continually manuever around radio PA speakers and toxic gas clouds becomes annoying quickly, and ends up detracting from game play instead of making it a challenging feat to enjoy. My advise is next time make the game to where you only have to run around with the neck-collar for half the game, and once you make it inside the casino, that's when it comes off. Seriously, this is a DLC I won't recommend to my friends.

I gotta go with Dinky-Dinosaur. I loved Dead Money. The holo-rifle, Auto-Rifle, Ghost People, and the story were all fantastic. I really felt sad at the end when I found out about Vera.

I can't say it was challenging, I went in at 6 or 7 so... but it was great. Gutted you can't return.

I just ran up on ghost people and smacked them to death with my spear/halberd.

Collars I just ran back. You don't need to be patient you just have to be quick.

It makes me love having travel light even more.

Even worse then Mothership Zeta?

I agree, I also really liked this, actually WANT to play it again once I have the time. Such a great story and atmoshphere.
