Also I felt the backstory between the Courier and Ulysses could have been done much better, the player ends feeling rather disconnected from it when Ulysses yacks about something the player never have participiated in.
If anything, you should have played through the fateful events of the divide as several flashbacks as your headwound repressed memmories starts to return from seeing 'familiar' surroundings.
Ill rate them:
1: Old World Blues
3: Dead Money
2: Lonesome Road
4: Honest Hearts
Dead Money got a highly intriguing story that makes you want to play through to see how it ends, though the explosive collar mechanics is overly punishing and frustrating. But it encourages exploration, having many useful things stashed away in the corners, like sierra madre vending machine codes.
Honest Hearts is just boring and uninspired compared to the other dlcs.
