I got bored earlier so I decided to go into Megaton and kill everyone that was in the town.I succeeded without dying once.I entered every building and stole everything that I could possibly find.I also discovered Leo's stash.It is in the back of the water treatment plant.I went outside of Megaton and went to the caravan.I got a lot of money.I also lost a lot of karma though
