This mod allows you to quickly surface ( if underwater ) or jump out of water ( if on surface of water ). Just press the E key. To prevent abusing the energy ( or as bethesda calls it "fatigue" ) cost is 3 times more than real jumping.
How high you can jump depends on your acrobatics and athletics skills ( argonians get a small bonus ).
Script Extender or MGE is required.
